Hi,

Going to visit friends for weekend - they have 18 month old. Have to pick up present for her this evening at major railway station before getting train to go there - any ideas? Something cheapish (£5-8 I guess) that can be bought at WH Smith, mini M&S, mini Sainsburys, that kind of thing.

Please help - am struggling and in mad rush with other stuff so apologies if this is wrong section to post.

Will check before leaving house in couple of hours.

I wondered about stickers - is 18 months too young for stickers? (I only know babies, not toddlers)

My DD is 17 months old and loves books so that is what I would recommend. Especially night garden!

A board book - or a bath book - would be a good bet. If the WHSmith sells dvds a night garden dvd or Peppa Pig one or a Pingu one would be a hit too.
