have been potty training my youngest dd since last summer, OMG it has taken sooo long, still dont think we are out of the woods though . Had a visit from HV for her three year checkup and mentioned the traing hasnt been going as well as her older siblings seemed to. She mentioned that i should try and change my way of thining towards it. I admit I had become obssesed with asking her if she needed a wee and had the rest of the family. My HV said that in september no one will be there to prompt her she needed to develop her toileting herself. so i now ignored the issue. Well that was just over a week ago and yesterday and today we have been dry !!! Oh and a tip to get rid of the smell of wee out of the carpet is white vinegar LOL
