Sell it on ebay and then give DS the money to buy another game

Having had a quick go at GTA CW on the ds, it's definitely not suitable. Not unless you want your son educated in drug dealing (main money making part of the game), car theft, murder and prostitution.

take it to Game and trade it in. you'll get a decent amount for it as it's quite new and you'll be able to get something different for ds.
