My son has been really tearful lately and says he no longer wishes to see his biological father,(hes 4) i have been down the solicitor route before and my sons father has never kept to the access he was granted. I have just told him that he wont be coming to visit tomorrow as i don't want to force him to go, and i have just received alot of abuse from him what should i do.

Oh this is a nasty piggy postion to be in. Your ex is being abusive as he wants to lash out and blame someone for his ds not wanting to see him - he couldn't take that burden on himself.

Just dont answer the phone and switch of your mobile and see if things settle.

Yeah its really tough if he had just kept to the access in the first place im sure my ds would have got in to a routine by now, but he sees the lady in the local shop more than his father, i really dont know what he excpects.
