I am using onelife nappies on my 7 month old daughter and I love them but this week her nappy rash is awful.
Her nappy area is bleeding and raw its horrible and she is miserable. Haven't changed diet, milk or washing technique, have been using sudocrem and bepanthem which normally works but not this time. Any tips?

Use Metanium, it is magic stuff. My DD gets bad nappy rash too, just as you describe. In One Life too (I think that is a coincidence tho!). Metanium is the only thing that works.

is she teething? both mine have always had hideous nappy rash when teething

alternatively, if it doesn't clear up, then it could be thrush so you'd want to get her to a gp for some treatment.

I find that simple zinc and castor oil is the best thing as it has no crap in it

I second the metanium for clearing up nappy rash once it has appeared. I think that zinc and castor oil or petroloeun jelly are great for preventing it.

Both of mine have had nappy rash at 7 months - when teething.
