Any suggestions for a cot which won't make back pain worse (while lifting)?

My daughter is now 6 mths and it seems that the cot side doesn't go low enough so I have to contort my back to lift her out?
Any ideas for a cot side which would drop very low or any ideas for not knackering my back?? Thanks

NOT this one from John Lewis. I've wrecked my back lifting dcs into and out of it. I'm longing for the day when ds2 can come out of it and go into a normal bed.

Won't be buying that one then. Although it does say the drop side is one of it's features!! lol
