Toilet training - won't go at nursery!

My DS (3.1) has finally started potty training - have tried before with no success. 2 weeks ago he suddenly said "I want to wear pants" and hurray! we have had only 2 accidents in 2 weeks - he even takes himself off to the loo when he needs to go.

BUT... at nursery ( 2 days a week) he won't use the loo - they look different ( split seat) so we tried sending in a home potty... but he still won't go - last week he went from 9-4.30 without weeing which shows great bladder control but I don't want that to be a habit.
This week he wet himself twice rather than use the loo/ potty. He sometimes uses other people's loos ( with chocolate bribe) but can be very fussy. I don't know how to help him use other loos ( he can also be fussy at home - prefers upstairs to downstairs??)

Any tips???
Nursery are being great - letting him watch his friends use the loo/potty, talking about using it and no pressure or problem when he wets - just a change of clothes...
Help.. what do we do???

I don't have any solutions as my ds, just turned 3, is a complete toilet training refusenik, so shall watch this with interest. His nursery keep trying to persuade him gently, but to no avail for months.

Let him wee standing up. (Both of you! Let him aim for a bit of paper/some cereal (cheerios are fun), etc.)
