Please does anyone know what to do when a 3 month baby gets choked up with a blocked up nose and can't breath properly? I've got her propped up when lying down, I've got baby nose drops, what else is there to help her be more comfortable, she's had this runny nose for a month now!!!

Karvol or similar on a humidifier near her cot?

Have you tried the HV? I know they get a hard time on MN sometimes but they can be really helpful

Get a bogey sucker!

(nasal aspirator - can get them in chemists and Boots)

Highly satisfying

One of those sucker things? We had one that came in a first aid kit but I've never used it. have heard friends recommend them though
