Exchange relationships wrt employers/employees....Help??I need words

Can someone help me with some words please

The basic relationship......
Boss gives Pay
Worker gives Work

B:Training and Development
W:Better qualified ability (need a better phrase)

B:Good working conditions(Holiday,sick leave, mat leave etc)
W: HUH??

B:Trust
W:Resposnsibility & Value added (maybe??)

B:Consideration & recognition
W:Motivation and loyalty

better qualified ability - skill and competence (sp) are word that springs to mind.

Trust - accountability is a good word I would say. The concept that you are responsible for the quality of your work and your professional standards.

As for good working conditions, I'm a bit stumped there as well. Is the pay off that you don't take the piss? So you are there to do your work and it is of a high quality - quality assurance maybe? Or professional standards?

'words that spring to mind' is what I meant to say!

Oh they are lovely words - just what I need (apart from 'don't take the piss' despite it describing the situation perfectly )
