I "may" have picked my articles for my OU essay can anyone comment on whether they are acceptable for acedemic work?

& the second is here not sure what it i actually but I really like it

My question is

I have to place me & my organisation within it's environment & the issues it (& I) is/are facing
Then I pick 2 articles and use theories relate to the articles
Then I use those theories to relate back to where the organisation & I currently are

I think.....maybe?

Katy - DH has done an MBA, not with the OU sadly, and had to apply all these things to his own industry. The case studies may have been about banking, or advertising or whatever, but he had to link it to engineering.

Oh I agree but I have chosen to work on leadership & motivation because our industry is going through such a bad time atm

The things we are struggling with are the things in the OFSTED piece - we were judged outstanding and we need to maintain that position, the other piece was about the differences between leadership & management in childcare - so I could have written something that will actually help me & my setting move forward

Now I will just have to do it twice once for OU & once for the setting
