I want to try Bumhuggers overnight, which wrap works best?

As a general rule you can't go wrong with an ME airflow

pbo · 18/02/2009 18:06

Not very pretty though...not that I have one but the pics look a bit boring

Oh they are dull, but bombproof too. TBH I think the prints are horrid and just use white. They do do plain pastels too though

Surly reliability is more important than prettiness overnight?

Oooh, just remember a friend of mine swearing by Wacky Wraps for night time.

pbo · 18/02/2009 18:49

Never heard of them...[google] very cute!!

I've never tried one myself though...

trufflebum · 18/02/2009 19:03

you could try a nappyelite wrap? They fit over a bumhugger and are cute, and reliable. Kind of ticks your boxes? Or go down the wool route?

pbo · 18/02/2009 19:07

I'd never heard of them either...so many options. I never realised there were so many cloth nappy choices!

Nature Babies wraps are pretty reliable, and they have some really nice prints

trufflebum · 19/02/2009 07:27

My Nature babies wraps always wicked through the edging stuff on them. That's partly why I love the nappyelite ones= no edging so no wicking.

I use airflows over bumhuggers at night but have found wacky wraps to be reliable too. I have both for sale if interested

pbo · 19/02/2009 17:02

How much are you asking for them? What do people use for boosters? Would it be worth me getting some prefolds? DD is going through 2 BG a night cos you just can't boost them enough!

The new tots wraps are pretty bombproof as well and the stars and dots and colours are pretty funky.

The new bumhuggers have a fold out booster anyway, but I've used microfibre cloths or inserts to add additional boosting capabilities.

I have 2 medium wacky wraps pink with sun on , lilac with fairy on £5 each del ono, large turquoise with fairy used twice £7 del ono
2 small airflow, 2 large airflow (all cream) £4 each plus postage

pbo · 20/02/2009 14:47

I'd need a medium airflow so I won't trouble you for those. I've been bidding on a pink sunshine one on ebay for a couple of days but if I don't get it I'll get back to you for the wacky wrap if you don't mind
