Pre-illness:
2 year old sleeps well 7-7 with the odd cry out in her sleep a few times a night.

6 month old - wakes for feeds then straight back to sleep again. A good 7-8am routine.

Post-illness (mild 2 day flu the pair of them):

2 year old wakes up screaming blue murder every 10-30 minutes and is generally wakeful at night.
6 month old - Still wants to be held but doesn't want to be held (everything is wrong kind of thing). Screams blue murder every time I put him back in to his cot and repeats the scrteaming about every hour.

Is there anything that I can do??

Are they over the actual illness yet? Are you sure is was mild flu - did a Doc diagnose?

IMO it seems like they are still ill. Give lots of Calpol/Nurofen and don't worry about food too much, just lots of fluids/ milk.

Are you sure they don't have ear infections? My DS couldn't/can't bear to lie down when has an ear infection.

BTW I am not a Doc.

sounds like they're still poorly to me. had a similar issue with my 2 1/2 year old and 14 month old, both wanted me with them, screaming and crying. I wonder if your little ones have still got perhaps ear infections or similar that are affecting them.
Might be worth a trip to the docs so they can check for inflamation.
So osrry you're going through this, makes it so hard for you.
on a positive side. mine are now both sleeping back as they normally were and younger one now sleeps through, thank goodness.
