Sorry if this has been covered before, but I haven't been bothered to do a search...
My dd is 2.2 and has been in motherease OS since she was a month old. We've been potty training since Christmas, so the number of nappies she goes through has reduced and I'm washing less often. To try and stop my bucket stinking the place out, I started filling it with cold water and added a drop or two of tea tree oil.
Imagine my surprise tonight when I emptied it to find that the nappies had gone blue!!!!
Is this a tea tree oil thing....or is my DD producing very peculiar urine?
Also, any other tips for reducing bucket stink? The tea tree oil has stunk out my washing machine and all our clothes now smell of it - and the association with nappy bucket will always be there
