Hi there
I am new to cloth nappies. Have currently got a few flexitots to try out. I really like the fit of them but they take ages to dry and DD seems to completely soak them quite quickly.
Can anyone recommend another nappy with a similar fit?
Thanks
stargirl

Sorry have no experience of Flexitots but they are made by TotsBots so maybe another of their nappies may be suitable?

Have you tried putting a fleece liner in them? This will keep your LO's bum dry even when the nappy is wet.

I was quite shocked when I first used cloth and the nappies felt so wet so quickly! It's quite normal though, and just very different to disposables.

I dont mean this to sound insulting but are you using a wrap with them too?

Yes I'm using a motherease wrap which is great and have had no leaks (yet!) but it's soaked underneath. Like you say perhaps it is just because I'm not used to using cloth.

Have ordered a bamboozle and a little lamb to try, think I might be getting addicted!!

ME wraps are fab. Try some fleece if you haven't already and be guided by your LO's bum rather than the nappy and am sure all will be well! Enjoy your new addiction!

i like Bambinex Teddies - they're a similar fit and made of very soft microfibre so they dry really quickly. surprisingly absorbent too.
