Affordable and reliable GPS systems for kids?

Without sounding hysterical, I almost lost my 3 year old child today in a crowded supermarket and realised how easily I could lose him permanently - particularly with a 5 month old in tow. Has anyone else looked into buying a simple GPS device to have on your child as backup in the worst case scenario? I seem to remember reading about Westfield shopping centre offering these as standard to parents now and I thought I had seen something similar for sale some time ago, but I've been trawling the net and haven't found anything quite right yet.

Help welcome, fellow anxious mums. Thanks!

Thanks - have you got one of these? Does it work ok? Appreciate your sending the link through.

Starting to breathe calmly again!
