Any experience with using these? They seem really simple and look great and are also quite cheap at the moment. Too good to be true?

They're good pocket nappies. They do come in 3 sizes tho'. The boosters they come with are great for day, but probably not absorbent enough at night, but at night I fold up a terry in to 1/4's and stuff that in. My dd is in it 12 hours and is dry when she wakes.

Thanks Arja - I was shown these by a friend of a friend and they look fab, but couldn't find much info about them on the web. Its good to have another opinion. I'm trying to choose between these and Bumgenius - have you tried BG?

BG are good as they're birth to potty. I think they are slimmer fitting than the rainbows, but are a lot more expensive(with the deal on at the mo)
How old is your lo?
Some people find that BG can't last the night, so perhaps you could do a mix? You could stuff more into the BG like you can the rainbow.
Or do you have shaped nappies already, I stuffed a size one softee inside a rainbow last night and it worked a treat.
Do you have something to stuff into the rainbows for extra absorbency...or you could use the BG inserts in the rainbow if you neededed.
I suppose it comes down to whether or not you need to buy more than one size of nappies, if your lo is about 18lbs then it wouldn't matter much as the BG is BTP and the size 3 rainbow is 18-35lbs.
If you are expecting then the BG will probably work out cheaper. By the time you need more absorbency for lo at night you could get a few rainbows for night time.
I've used both types since dd was teeny and neither have leaked, they're easy for dads, grandparents etc, and easy to put on wriggle bums like mine lol!

Hope this helps, feel free to ask away!
