hes just turned 3.he was always good at walking every where until just before his birthday when he got poorly.after 3 weeks he was back to normal but has not really walked any where since.hes too heavy for me so i have to put him in the buggy-which hes not keen on and would rather be carried.he started nursery today and hes the only one in a buggy.ive explained to the teacher about him being ill.also i worry about his asthma.but i think im making excuses for him.

how to get him walking again?

Can you get a sticker/reward chart going? if he walks to nursery and back everyday he gets 2 stickers - 1 for each way and at the end of the week if he has 10 he gets a prize.

TBH in my meaness I would just get rid of the pushchair and he would have to walk

what about one of those walking/running bikes.
that might have more appeal and do the same job.

(ps the thread title suggests he's too heavy to walk)

i'll try sticker idea.and i guess i could stick buggy in garage-then if he really cant because of asthma i can get it out again.
bike is good idea-just got rid of one and got proper big boys bike!

lol dragon-yep me and my 10 stone son and all that.no hes little but so am i so it hurts.
