my 10 week old son has a nappy rash in his folds.I have done a couple of evenings for an hour each without nappy, but I just can't seem to get rid of it. also whenever we go nappy free he seems to wee more frequently (which goes everywhere) because of the fresh air on him.so basically the folds don't even get a chance to get dry, as once nicely dry again another wee and all over we start again.
what am I doing wrong? How long is it suppossed to take to cure?

Quick reply; have you tried metanium (sp?) is magic in my opinion.

For nappy off time, I buy incontinence pads and lie them on the floor/ bed and then put him on one of those. Then if he wees it doesn't matter.

when he is naked, place a hanky or a wipe over his willy and at least the pee wont spray everywhere

metanium (this is available on prescription) really is magic, so if it persists even after using this for a day or so I would probably go to see your GP
