How to keep my child warm at night

Hi everyone, my 20 month boy is a fidget even when he sleeps. Most days we wake up to find him lying the other way round in his cot. My problem is keeping his warm at night. He sleeps in a sleeping back but at least 2 if not more time he gets out of it. He gets so cold. We have also tried wrapping blankets round but he also get out of them. I know that he gets hot so I don't put much on him. But with nothing apart from PJ he gets so cold. Any ideas on what we could do. Thanks

I meant grobags?

Have jyu got some of those fleece all in one pyjama thingies for him? Mothercare and primark do them, or ebay.

I used to buy these for my fidget but he's too big now {sob}

Mine are a lot more grown up now, but I always found the fleecy all in ones a godsend.

DD is 21 months and she sleeps in a long sleeved vest and fleece all in one. She sleeps in the weirdest positions and kicks the covers off, but she no longer gets cold.

I second Grobags, they are great! I wish I could sleep in one

I used to put mine in pyjamas and then one of those fleece all in ones. Vertbaudet had nice ones for boys or girls.

Grobags! When ds got too old for them I put him in a thermal vest and longjohns then pjs over the top. pj legs and arms always ride up and untuck, so thermals underneath do the job for when he kicks out of the covers.

I got a great all in one fleecy suit from M&S, very soift and warm and ds (19m) loves it, he won't tolerate grobags for some reason. Hang on, will try to get a link.
