How big pieces shall I cut it into?

Mine are about (guessing) 15 cm x 25 cm? They pretty much fill the whole nappy area but are small enough not to poke out.

It depends on the nappies, as big as possible without sticking out of the nappy is best.

I'd just stick with a rectangle, otherwise it'll be a PITA finding the right liner for each type of nappy.
