Cloth nappy advice as dd2 won't potty train....

OK I admit it I'm fed up with changing nappies. Dd2(dc no.4) is 2.5 and I'm fed up with nappies, however she is not ready to potty train - made several attempts, but she won't even sit on the potty or toilet. The other children did it around this age, but she's just not ready. I have always let them decide when they're ready, so don't want to push it with her.

The problem is she is in fuzzis - with a hemp insert and microfiber on top - and she is weeing straight out of them. I have a few other big nighttime nappies and don't want to put them on her in the day. Every time she ends up with soaking tights or trousers. It's not to do with the length of time she's in the nappy, just the force of her wee. Today I put an eco disposable on (for no reason, but to test) and it survived her wee. I don't want to swap to sposies, but don't want to spend a fortune on more cloth (there will be no more babies!) .... help!
