I know they all swallow the bloody stuff, but surely there comes a time when they get it and spit it out?
We've been working on this for months now. DD, 3.6, really seems to try, agrees she won't swallow any toothpaste but it's just luck whether she manages to spit any out. She looks so chuffed when she does, gets lots of fuss, stickers etc, but it can't be great to eat all those chemicals in the meantime.
Anyone got any ideas for how to teach the little blighters?
