How long do you give your 2 yr old to settle in the next room at nursery before pulling the plug?

well in their first nursery i gave my DDs 5mths to settle in as it was a completely new setting. In their new nursery they took about a month to settle although dd2 was in baby room. She was 2 just after christmas so is now in with dd1 and for the first 2 sessions wasa bit unsure but is very settled now.
