My baby has been crying for two days and two nights due to teething.

I just threw her bottle across the room in a rage and have put her in her cot till I calm down.

She is up there going ballistic and I just want to shut the door and leave her there!

ok, leave her there for 5 minutes while you calm down. Then put her in the pram and go for a long walk, blow the cobwebs off you both. Have you tried teething remedies? I found Anbesol liquid to be hte most effective. It doesn't slide off.

There is nothing wrong with putting her in her cot if you need 5 minutes to compose yourself

Its veyr difficult isn't it

It's hard sometimes, especially when there is no let up.

I found that the Nelson's teething granules are very good; also helping to calm baby down as well as help with the discomfort.

Agree with MamaG; wrap up warm and go out for a walk, the pram might help her to get some sleep and you can work out your frustration by pounding the pavement.
