Am I completely mad, with finals in 4 months?

I am very very broody. Dh is not quite as keen, but has a decent job (teacher) and conveniently has been forgetting the condoms for the last few mmonths. Lots of BFN later I wonder if i am completely mad, as I am sitting my finals for dentistry in 4 months. Anyone else been in this situation?

I am in the same position except I am 4 weeks pregnant, found out yesterday! I am studying biomedical sciences and my finals are in May. I am 29 and already have 3 dc's though .

Thing is even if you fell straight away you'd only be 3/4 months pregnant during exams. I'll be around 5 months and imo the 2nd trimester is actually quite nice and hopefully I'll be fine.

thank you honey for replying. The thing it that i have this irrational fear that i wont be able to get pg straight away- or at all actually so i just really want to start now!

Everyone has that fear - pregnancy just seems so complex and unlikely that nobody really believes their own body will be able to do it!
