I have one a bit like that, but the seat can also be used on the toilet as a padded seat and the main bit converts to a step, very handy. Mine came from tesco.

I bought one from argos that was similar but tbh it was only really used as a step as my lo's managed to balance on the toilet seat without using the insert bit. If they get their legs wide enough they can balance and hold onto the rim with their hands.
