My DD1 is 6.5 months and I need to get a bit of a meal (blw)/botttle(having to wean from bf as she's off to CM soon)/snack/nap/sleep routine, I kind of have one but would be interested in what other people do....

It all depends what time DS wakes up in the morning which can be quite variable but basically he goes down for a nap once he's been awake for 1-1.5 hours after he first wakes up (he gets very edgy so I know when it's time!) and thereafter once he's been awake for 2 hours. I usually end up feeding him just before a nap but he goes down 'awake' he doesn't fall asleep on the boob. Meal times I would offer something once he's woken up properly but generally he will eat when my older one is eating / snacking. Your CM will probably be able to set up a good routine based on what she's doing with the others and anyway, they seem to be able to manage perfectly well with one routine in childcare and another at home!

my ds is 10 months and only in the last 2-3 weeks have i introduced a rountine(that i stick too!)

8am awake then will have milk and breakfast.

10am sleep usually about 1/2hour small snack (blw snack so orange or banana messes more than eats!)

12pm dinner

2ish sleep usually for about 2 hours

4ish tea

6pm Bath and naked time!!

7pm Milk and bed

He has less milk than supossed to but wont take it when offered at other times he also has water with every meal and offered at regular intervals!

also the above can vary like has tea at 5 as wouldnt sleep until 3 today! still went to bed for 7.30. Im a sahm.
