Anyone bought stuff from softbots?

I'm looking for the cheapest place to get a new Blueberry onesize minky, or two, softbots.co.uk looks like they are cheaper than the places I have bought from in the past (Nappy needs, stratford nappies)but I've never heard of them - are they ok?

I bought a BumGenius from them a while back. the colour I wanted wasn't quite available and I was told that it would be in soon... then not contacted again. I finally phoned up... I asked for a different colour instead... and it arrived straight away.

Soooooo not FANTASTIC on the communication front but utterly human, very nice indeed, and I would definitely order from them again in the future.
