Have seen one bad review and was wondering if anyone else had had a bad experience with them? TIA

Yes, I did.
I bought a video baby monitor thingy from them back in 2006 and a few months later it stopped working. I got in touch with them and they said I should return it, which I did as it was under warrantee. But the next thing I heard, about four months later, at the beg of 2007, after many, many unanswered emails from me to them, asking what was happening, was a note from them saying the original company trading as babysecurity.co.uk had gone into liquidation and they couldn't help me as they had just bought the website name, and not any of the assets or the company name.
Obviously the company now running it could be great, but it has made me think twice about buying expensive goods from small websites, which is a shame. HTH
