Bleaching prefolds

I have a stack of prefold nappies that we've been using for about a year. Most of them are OK, but some are stained after being used for things like mopping tea off the floor. I would like to bleach them, but I can't find laundry bleach here in Ireland. I do not understand why, but it seems to not exist. The closest thing I can find is a "Thick Bleach" in the cleaning supplies section.

Can you use that "Thick Bleach" on clothes, or does it not dissolve thoroughly in water? Is there some problem with using bleach in the front-loader/HE washing machines that everyone has here?

I wouldn't use bleach on a regular basis, maybe only once or twice in a year, but right now I think we need it! I'm OK with using the stained nappies, but I'd rather get them clean.

Use it in cold water - am sure somewhere on the package it'll say the concentration to use for beaching clothes (it won't be very much) and the time to leave them in the bleach (so the fabric doesn't rot away), and rinse very well afterwards.
