Apologies if wrong topic but thinking of using our Phil and Teds cocoon for 6 week old DS to sleep in at night over Christmas as we visit friends and family. Any one done this? DH wondered whether the padding would make it too warm but I can't see a problem.

I would have thought it would be too warm as well from how hot DS got in ours..

could you not just unzip top and roll it back ?use lighte bedding

I used a cocoon as a bed for my DTs for the first 3 months (and they fit in side by side together....memories!!) so I'd say it would be fine, and very convenient. If he gets to hot, just unzip the top, as Nemo says.

Thanks, that's what I thought, unzip the top. Dairymoo how lovely, can imagine your twins sleeping side by side, how cosy! I think I'll give it a trial run at home before we go away to see how DS sleeps.
