1 yo teeth brushing

what do other mums do about teeth brushing?? My 1 yo is happy to suck on a toothbrush for about 10 seconds, but does not "brush" her teeth and will not let me do it. She has almost a full set now .... what should I do?

Oh, I had trouble with ds, took me ages to find something that works with him.
Now I give him my toothbrush and I have his, I get on the floor at his level and open my mouth so he brushes my teeth while I brush his. As long as I keep my mouth open, he keeps his open.

I just try and make her say 'arghh' and open her mouth. I can get in there for about 2 seconds at a time!

Still have to do it occasionally now and DS is 5
