Should I go out?

DD is 15 mo has a snotty nose, phlegm & is teething. Last night she coughed during her milk at bedtime and brought it up. Cue piles of stuff in bath to be rinsed and washed,dd to settle and DH out on Xmas do. Had a wakeful night as was worried she'd cough and vomit again DH came home very drunk at midnight had to sort him, shoes were apparently an issue.

Now today she is a lot better and Dh says well enough for nursery tomorrow I'm not sure and also I am due to go for work drinks straight after work. This means I won't see her tomorrow evening.

So should I come home after work or still go out. Not much of a dilemma in the general scheme of things but DH is hung over and the grunts of advice are unhelpful.

By the morning it may be clearer if she is well enough for nursery.
Will your DH be collecting her?

If she's teething she is likely still to feel a bit rough tomorrow. Depends if you feel confident that DP will handle it all in a way you are comfortable with?

I would go, don't feel guilty! The only one I regret is once going out to the cinema with DH when DS had thrown up once during the day. He seemed fine at bed time. Of course halfway through the film the babysitter called, he was vomiting non stop (turned out it was gastric flu). Felt so bad about that!
