Forgot to put a nappy on DS...

last night and he didn't wet the bed. Should we go for it or put him back in nappies tonight? He's 2.7 and been out of nappies for about 4months.

Well I've bit the bullet and gone for it, Fingers crossed
Now, does anyone have any tips on keeping disturbances to a minimum if he does have an accident and also should I lift him before we go to bed?
