OU students - how do I get replacement course materials?

Managed to break my course DVD today (long story of personal stupidity), and can't find anything on the OU website about how to get a replacement. I know I could email them, but want to make sure I haven't missed something obvious.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Just email or ring them - I had to ask for a new dvd once and they were really obliging. I got the impression that they have heard every excuse under the sun

I scratched mine - what did you do to yours?

Which course are you doing Habbibu?

Thank you! Argh - monumental cock-up trying to finish TMA at the very 11th hour - stuffed dvd in bag in coffee shop where I was frantically resizing images on the laptop. A few hours later, dh emptying laptop bag and voila! Snapped neatly in two...

I'm doing Introduction to Health Sciences - really really good so far. I've studied or worked in HE in various institutions for nearly 20 years now, and am so impressed with the OU.

Ooooh, is it an interesting course? I've been looking at... I might do the short course on child development first, though.

It's great - really interesting. It's a case study based course - first was on water and health, focussing on the developing world, and then pain, which was fascinating. Doing Alcohol next, then breast cancer screening.

I can see how people get hooked on the OU - it's a very slick operation, and very high quality. I guess they've had a long time to get it right!
