Best nappies for premature babies?

Is there anything out there to fit my little 5 pounder, or is this just how good nappies are? I'm using Tesco because my sister said they were the best, but she is getting soaked through her vest/suit even though I'm changing before every feed.

DD was 5lb 2oz when we left hospital and Pampers seemed ok - smallest size swaddlers (sz 1?) Though I think I've heard they do make a smaller size too?

Thanks, I'll give those a try. Also they have some vaccine thing offer, so I will feel more virtuous buying them.

DD2 was 5lb and we used pampers at first. We then moved on to boots own brand because they are cheeper. It does depend on the baby though not all brands fit well on all babies.

boots ones are enormous, still too big for dd2 and she's now 7lb. pampers do a micro size but we found that it leaked and we also reckoned the pampers size one was a bit scratchy. we've found the huggies size one to be the neatest and softest at the waist but it's all dependent on the shape of the baby i think.

Oh, maybe just trial and error for a couple more packs, then. I wish they did tester packs! She is long and very very skinny, but has put all the post-hospital size onto her tummy, which is rounder now, the legs and bum still like matchsticks.
