Hi Prada
I have the same. Had my c section 2 weeks ago. Have you still got the hard lump?

I have the same - above the incision line the tissue is very hard all the way across almost like a sausage thickness. It’s tender still - the midwife said this is normal and that the scar looks to be healing very well. I am still concerned though - why had this lump appeared now after a week and a half.

Did yours go?

Yes, it goes. I found post c section all the layers of stitching underneath were raised and tender, and they felt odd. I then went on to have a 'pouch' of extra skin above that was there for about 6 months, and then when I was back to normal I worked to gather the muscles again. Keep checking with your HV and doctor if you are worried though. But for me, I worked at it when I was ready, and my stomach is back to exactly the same as pre kids.. but the lumpy sausage is normal. There are nine layers of muscle they go through or sometime..!
