Barrier cream and bamboo nappies.

DS has an awful case of nappy rash. Poor lamb - it's red bleeding and very sore. I use amix of disposable and baby bee hinds. The doc has given him some hydrocortisone cream and some diprobase to put over the top. The Diprobase is basically a runny vaseline.

Can I keep using my cloth nappies with the barrier ? I'm worried it will knacker the absorbency ?

maybe use fleece liners till it clears up? then at least it'll only knacker the fleece, not the pricey nappy...

the fleece might keep her drier too, which could help
