Do you think its cheeky to chase up an offer of a playdate

Hi
Abit of a silly question really but I have numerous playdates back at my house for my ds but he doesn,t ever get that many invites back.
However I have had one mom say that my ds can come to hers this wednesday, however I also know that unless I chase it up it won,t come off.
Do you think its cheeky and just puts pressure on people to chase up the offer of a playdate.
My ds has mentioned it on a couple of occcasions but I sort of feel cheeky pushing it if the mom concerned doesn,t contact me as promised with the details which I suspect she won,t as she tends to be a bit forgetful with this sort of thing.
Would it look pushy of me to ask if my ds can still come as mentioned.

No. JUst say 'You still ok for Wednesday?' I'd expect that if I'd offered for someone to come round
