With Dd1 I had a brilliant Mamas & Papas pram (can't get them anymore) which was a large carrycot on top of a folding chassis. The carrycot was semi-rigid and had a winding mechanism which sort of wound up the plastic base so that the baby could go from lying down to almost sitting up. Unfortunately it was borrowed and has gone back to the original owners, but I really want to find a similar one for Dd2, due in March.
I mainly just pushed it around the house and garden for Dd1 to sleep in, but it was also really good to take the carrycot off and be able to take it into other peoples houses when we went for lunch etc.
Does anyone know what this model was called so I can search for it on ebay?
I will try and post a photo when I have figured out how to do it! Huge thanks

There were so many M&P combis with that carrycot. I'd just do a search on eBay for Mamas and Papas carrycot and search through them. I've found the exact Mothercare pushchair I was after using that as the search term.

This one My cousin had one of these and the base in the pram top could be wound up. It was great, she used it as a moses basket. Quite expensive but I bet you can get it on Ebay.
