20 month old DS constantly pulling his willy out of his nappy...

and therefore weeing himself and his clothes. He is in reusable nappies during the day and in a disposable at night. He was only doing it when in the disposal (easier access I guess!) but has now started doing it with the reusable.

Because of this we started potty training today as I figured there was nothing to lose. DS seems to understand what the potty is for although hasn't made it there yet - he's been at the opposite end of the room from the potty every time he's needed to go.

Does anyone have any tips on dealing with the "willy out of the nappy" thing? DH's best suggestion was tying it to his leg with a piece of string and Mum and MIL are at a loss.

Thanks in advance.
