Is French or Spanish taught in Schools in Ireland?

Yes!!
And believe it ot not, they teach Maths and English too! And the rest!

Do you mean primary or secondary?
We didn't learn languages at primary, but in secondary we had French and German. Other schools had Spanish.
I left school 14 years ago though, it may have changed.
Irish language taught all the way through as well.
