oh ffs my tk maxx not doing them!!!!!!!! can anyone tell me if theirs is???

SparklyGothKat · 25/11/2008 14:10

went straight to TKmaxx, and they had the big bags for £99 and the smaller ones for £25. Yours must have been priced wrong

lollipopmother · 25/11/2008 15:33

Why on earth is TK MAXX selling nappies?!

littlelamb · 25/11/2008 16:53

I feel bad that it must have been priced wrong. Not my problem I suppose but now I feel I've stolen something. I did think it was unbelievably cheap

Wow, what a bargain! We have a TK Maxx about 12 miles away, but they're usually so messy & disorganised, can't hardly find anything!

SparklyGothKat · 26/11/2008 00:16

size 2s please LL (big bag)

TheLadyEvenstar · 26/11/2008 00:27

LL size 2 for me as well (big bag) xxxxxxxxxxx

Essie3 · 26/11/2008 14:18

They were £99 in mine too

duvetheaven · 28/11/2008 19:24

Thanks for the heads up little lamb. Got mine today

bluebump · 29/11/2008 18:40

The Exeter one is my local TK Maxx, what's the betting by the time I get there they'll have realised!

Essie3 · 29/11/2008 23:31

Can I report that mine - Colliers Wood SW London - were also priced wrongly? £25 for the big bag of 20 nappies + stuff, and £25 for the small day packs too...
Unfortunately I bought the last big bag. Don't feel particularly bad, because when I phoned to ask them whether they had any they told me they don't sell nappies and I should go to a supermarket.

tutu100 · 30/11/2008 14:20

I also managed to get the big btp bag from Eastleigh branch for £25. Again I had the last bag, the day packs they had (5 nappies and 1 wrap) were Fluffles. As fluffles have been discontinued by Tots it might still be worth getting those, although they are not such a bargain as the big pack.

I'm thrilled with this bargain. just need the baby to make an apperance.

Essie3 · 30/11/2008 18:11

Yeah, they had day bags in fluffles and cotton too in Colliers, but for £25.
LittleLamb don't feel bad - I feel smug... They're a big company, they're not the most ethical, etc etc.

Joking about thieving from Tesco!

redclover79 · 30/11/2008 20:26

Bedford TKMaxx had size 2 fluffles (small packs) £25, cotton tots (small packs) £25 and the big BTP (?) packs for £99 if anyone's local?

littlelamb · 30/11/2008 20:58

I'm so glad people were able to get them at the same price as me! I did go back to the Exeter branch the other day and I think I must have got the only pack. I am seriously impressed by them though. They have dried much quicker than I expected them to, and ds has terrible problems with his skin but has had no trace of nappy rash with them. I am a real convert. I got 3 nippas with my big pack and I don't think I'll need any more unless I break them. They are sharp if you catch yourself with them though Quick question: Am I supposed to clean them somehow?

I just used to wash mine off every so often in soapy water.

And I don't feel guilty about the price. Just estatic that the new ds won't have to wear some of ds1's very threadbare nappies.

thisisyesterday · 30/11/2008 22:35

mine had the big bags for £25 too

i wish i had got one now

BexieID · 30/11/2008 22:43
