When should I ditch the nappy at night ..dd is dry but doesnt wake up?

My dd nearly 3 has been dry at night for ages but I still put on a nappy as she has never woken up for a pee, very occasionaly she does do a wee at some point in the night. Ive been putting it off because my ds 5 isnt anywhere near being dry and night and I dont want him to notice (we have a few problems with our ds so dont want to bash his confidence any more). She has started to say she doesnt want a nappy on at night. Im guessing you will all say go for it but I think I need the push if you know what I mean.
