DS doesn't really, might have 20 mins here and there but that is it, have tried for longer but doesn't work.

He napped about 4-5 times a day, 40 mins each time (if I was lucky)

Woke at 6am.

nap at8am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and sometimes another 40 mins at 4:30 too.

wake-to-sleep really helped to extend his naps. I'd go in and poke him after about 30 mins and it'd stir him enough to get another 40 mins out of him.

All my ex charges (15 little ones) at this age has slept 4 - 5 hours every day and between 10 - 12 hours at night - with perhaps one or two feeds during the night (if any).

At this age mine both had 3 naps a day:

8.30-9ish (invariably in pushchair)
12-1.30
4-4.30

Ds2 still does the same at 9 months.

DS (17wks) is awake for 2hr then has a nap. asleep for varying lengths of time but always awake for exactly 2 hrs.
