This is what ds (1week) does. Every single nappy since birth has been a soiled one, and he is always farting.

I cant remember dd being like this. Is it a boy thing?

My Ds was exactly the same. He pooed before a feed, mid feed, after a feed and in between feeds. I got so fed up with changing pooey nappies, a lot of them were just poo streaks. Seriously.
My sister (who has a little girl) couldn't believe it, so maybe it is a boy thing, I don't know.
I can't remember when DS grew out of it (and the nappy rash), but he did.
Not very helpful I am sure, but just wanted to say my DS was exactly the same!

Hope it isn't specifically a boy thing as my DD 11 wks has only had 2 unsoiled nappies since birth !! I put it down to breastfeeding ..... am prepared to be wrong !

Ben was exactly the same, the midwife said it was a breastfeeding thing. He was going through about 12-15 nappies a day! Hope you're all okay xx
