how to wash nappies with tummy bug

DS has developed his first tummy bug. he is fine except for the poo fountains every so often. i have decided to use disposables for the rest of his bug but need to wash his clothes and reusables that he has had on so far. they are home made pocket nappies and i usually just wash them on 40 and they are fine however I would like to make sure that they are sanitised after this. should i buy something to add to the wash or do a hight temp wash?

just a wash at 60 should be fine

I would just add sanitiser to the wash. I do this if the DCs have been ill - also add to towels sheets and any pooed on clothes if they are ill.

Yup, just wash at 60

No need to add anything but a few drops of teatree oil in w ith the wash won't do any harm. Hope he's better soon
