Can't stop crying and feel utterly exhausted Please tell me I'll adjust soon.

congratulations on your new arrival! DON'T PANIC - it really will get easier, though it might feel like a struggle for a while - a second child involves a lot of adjusting. I found the arrival of No. 2 much more stressful and difficult than the first, and it was 6 months before I felt as though I had things under control. Don't be hard on yourself - juat take it a day at a time and take advantage of whatever help and short cuts are available. Let standards slip a bit for a while. Try to enjoy your new baby and create some happy memories.

You WILL be fine, I promise.

Agree with lots of advice here -take it easy and do the minimum. It is a big adjustment so don't feel bad about finding it hard.
Congratulations!
