ds keeps weeing out of the toilet..

..when he's sitting on it doing a poo. He claims he's trying to be careful, but I'm sick of clearing up puddles from the floor. He's been potty trained for over 2 years now and we don't have accidents otherwise. Anyone any suggestions?

handfull of cheerios down the pan helps - they like chasijg them around with the flow of urine.
