Nanny or Mother's help....

I am finding organising my home and children really tough, expecting a 4th in 3ish weeks. DS1, age 6, hates HW and gets little one on one attention, DS2, age 5, is typical middle child and gets very little attention, DD1, 2, gets lots of attention and is really demanding. DS3 arrives soon and I will have a c-section. I need a friendly face around for about 4 hours a day three days a week 3-7 to help give me time for a little one to one with the boys and for me to cook dinner and bath children to free up DH's time to a little pleasure with the children as opposed to clearing up..... any advice? Does anyone know anyone in Bristol?

I would suggest a mothers help or a younger nanny maybe wishing to gain experience as you will be around and can give direction. If you don't want to go through an agency try advertising on nannyjob or gumtree.
